Increasing our Neighborhood and Property Values
The objective of the Summit at Chapel Lake is to increase the desirability to live in our community. We do this through maintaining responsible and balanced Board management that promotes increased property values. Our goal is to have a community guided by reason, flexibility, and consistency. The new year, 2024, will feature an updated website and newsletter, increased opportunities for your valuable input and exciting activities for us to expand our neighborhood connectedness. Our community is important and you are an important asset. Let’s link hands in new ways. The excitement and fellowship continues to build.

Looking for a way to give back to your community? Consider volunteering to help maintain your local neighborhood! Whether it's picking up litter, planting flowers, or organizing events, there are plenty of ways to get involved and make a difference. Not only will you be helping to keep your community clean and beautiful, but you'll also be building connections with your neighbors and making new friends along the way. So why not give it a try? Your community will thank you!

****FRONT PORCH THEFT & MAILBOX THEFT****
Please keep a close eye out for package deliveries to your mailbox and/or front porch. We had several incidents where perpetrators have taken items from mailboxes and porches. The USPS is now servicing our neighborhood around lunchtime. There are several services provided by Amazon for deliveries. If you see suspicious vehicles in the neighborhood following the the mail trucks, please contact DeKalb County Police and then call your neighbors. Also, if you are using a cell phone, be sure to download the SMART 911 app and register your phone to provide key information to first responders. This could save time when getting connected to an operator.
